Full job description
Elder Care Homecare is seeking a Director of Patient Services to add to our growing Compliance team! We are a private pay homecare agency operating in multiple states, with additional expansion planned in the future. We have been in operation for over eight years, and our continued growth has dramatically increased.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting with oversight of the quality, delivery and compliance of our clinical services. You will provide leadership support to nursing staff and other team members, ensure adherence to compliance regulations across multiple states, and help us maintain the highest standards of patient care. This hybrid role, located in Connecticut requires an onsite presence of 3-4 days per week including some travel/day trips to New Jersey, Massachusetts, New York and other states we serve.

Responsibilities:
- Direct, evaluate and supervise clinical patient services to ensure consistent high quality care across multiple markets and sites
- Oversee patient assessments, care planning, and delivery of services in accordance with company policies and state compliance requirements
- Assist with case and clinical reviews and provide guidance on complex cases and patient concerns.
- Ensuring compliance adherence with DOH and company policies across all of our markets
- Provide leadership, mentoring and professional development opportunities for nurses and other field staff team members.
- Assisting with performance reviews and evaluation, required corrective actions and other employee engagement activities
- Field based support for our nurse and caregiver teams
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- Oversight of compliance with various local, state and federal regulations in multiple markets
- Assist with the development or clinical policies and procedures
- Assistance with DOH audits oversight
- Client visits as needed
- Other duties and projects as assigned
- Occasional on-call support duties
Requirements:
- Experienced RN
- 4+ years of clinical experience in home care setting, including supervisory/management experience
- Willingness to travel and spend time in each of our markets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines with flexibility
- Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

- Home care: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- RN License (Required)
