Elder Care Homecare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. We are a private pay homecare agency servicing New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, with further expansion planned in the near future. This role is based five days a week at our Plymouth, MA office.

Elder Care has been in operation for over eight years, however our growth has dramatically increased over the last three. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in operations leadership and team oversight in the homecare or assisted living space.

As the Director of Operations for Massachusetts, you will be responsible for leading a team in our Plymouth office, managing staff and resources, and ensuring the overall success of our team. On a company wide level we hope you can help to support Elder Care Homecare’s growth, mission, and goals of Growing Stronger Together.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day to day office operations to ensure client expectations are met/exceeded
  • Leading the team of internal nurses, care managers, and coordinators
  • Manage the daily cadence of clients beginning, ending and modifying services
  • Set expectations, goals, and targets for each department within your office
  • Evaluate team performance on an ongoing basis
  • Identify internal processes that need updating/improvement for efficiency
  • Drive and support growth within the Massachusetts market
  • Evaluation and implementation of DOH/agency policies and procedures
  • Regular reporting to Executive Leadership
  • Provide oversight of client relationships, and support the team when needed

Experience:

  • 5+ years of strategic operational leadership experience
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Strong preference for previous experience working in the homecare or assisted living industries
  • Strong preference for Bachelors/Masters degree in Social Work or related field

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
