We urgently need HHAs and PCAs available for live-in cases. Caregivers who take on live-in shifts will receive $255.45 per day.

Summary

We are seeking a HHA/PCA to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to seniors in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. Your contributions will be vital in helping us maintain our commitment to high-quality care. Pick your own schedule, we have days, nights and Live-In shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship & emotional support to enhance quality of life for seniors.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• Current Home Health Aide or PCA certificate.
• Background Check
• Current Physical, Titers, Quantiferon or PPD and drug test.
• Experience in senior care of 6 months minimum or related fields.
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach towards patients.
• Authorized to work in the United States
