Join Elder Care Homecare
Together, we elevate care to meet the moment and deliver peace of mind.
About Elder Care Homecare
Elder Care Homecare is a private pay home care agency proudly serving clients across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, with ambitious plans for continued expansion. We specialize in delivering exceptional, personalized care by providing nurses and home health aides to help clients in their homes, at assisted livings, and more, to allow them to live safely, comfortably, and independently.
Everything we do is guided by a simple belief: Together, we elevate care to meet the moment and deliver peace of mind. This is to our clients, their families, and our team members.
As we grow, we are building a team of professionals who are passionate about caregiving, service excellence, and making a meaningful difference, every single day.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Director, Growth Operations to join our growing team. This role is based in either our Manhattan or Westchester office and requires an onsite presence five days per week.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, improving systems and reporting, and enabling the sales team to drive revenue growth across multiple markets.
At Elder Care Homecare, this is more than just a job, it’s an opportunity to:
- Make a direct, positive impact on the lives of clients and families
- Grow alongside a company that is expanding across multiple states
- Be recognized, supported, and rewarded for your contributions
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Intelligence & Analytics
- Own sales analytics infrastructure — building dashboards, conversion metrics, pipeline velocity reports, and cohort-level retention data that drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly decision-making
- Develop and maintain KPIs across production, sales funnel performance, and sales efficiency; surface actionable insights, not just numbers
- Support Finance with budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles; ensure sales projections are grounded in data and tied to resource decisions
- Track and improve CAC-to-LTV ratios for private-pay families and referral channels, and quantify the ROI of sales investments and initiatives
- Develop board- and ELT-ready reporting materials that communicate pipeline health, performance trends, and strategic priorities with clarity and confidence
CRM Ownership & Systems Excellence
- Serve as the internal owner of HubSpot — managing configuration, data integrity, workflow automation, and adoption standards across the sales team
- Build and optimize lead conversion funnels within HubSpot, from initial inquiry through signed agreement, with clear stage definitions, conversion benchmarks, and automated follow-up
- Develop reporting from HubSpot that gives Sales Leadership a real-time, accurate view of individual and team performance
- Build toward a seamless integration between WellSky and HubSpot, developing a unified view of every prospect, active client, and referral relationship — eliminating data silos and reducing manual rekeying
- Identify and implement tools and automations that eliminate low-value, repetitive work and redeploy that time toward high-value sales activity
Sales Enablement & Content
- Create, standardize, and continuously improve a library of reusable sales materials — email sequences, proposal templates, objection-handling guides, referral partner outreach, and presentation decks
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, improve personalization at scale, and maximize output quality without adding headcount
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires that get them ramped quickly, with consistent training, tools access, and process fluency
- Develop and deliver ongoing sales training on process, systems, and best practices as the team and market evolve
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Finance on sales budget management, spending oversight, ROI tracking, and compensation modeling
- Collaborate with HR to support sales compensation design — helping build commission structures and incentive programs that attract top talent and reward the right behaviors
- Work closely with Marketing and external agencies to align lead generation strategy with funnel performance data, optimizing spend and improving referral channel ROI
- Serve as the sales team's operational partner with Operations and Care teams, ensuring handoff processes are smooth and client experience data flows back to inform retention and reactivation efforts
Growth & Acquisition Support
- Support organic and inorganic growth initiatives, including acquisitions — leading sales-side integration work to onboard acquired entities into our CRM, reporting standards, and sales processes
- Build scalable infrastructure designed to support multi-state expansion without requiring proportional increases in operational overhead
Team & Culture
- Support internal sales team-building events that foster collaboration, recognition, and a high-performance culture
- Be a visible, trusted resource for the sales team — the person they come to when they need a better process, a cleaner report, or a stronger pitch
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 5+ years of Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing CRM platforms; HubSpot experience strongly preferred
- Strong financial acumen — comfortable with budget management, ROI analysis, and partnering with Finance on planning
- Experience developing sales enablement content and training programs
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication ability — equally effective in a board deck and a one-on-one coaching conversation
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive process change in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Familiarity with WellSky or similar home care platforms a strong plus
- Experience supporting M&A integration preferred
