Elder Care Home Care By Traditions is currently hiring a licensed CNA for one of our live-in opportunities. We a seeking a Licensed CNA who is compassionate with her clients. Our live-in program is permanent 7-day live in where the aides reside at the clients' home. You would be eligible to submit a time off request after completing 4 months. Your time off can be up to 2 weeks off.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and patient observation to monitor health status and respond promptly to changing needs.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting.
• Support residents with specialized needs such as dementia or Alzheimer’s care, memory care routines, and hospice support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe living environment for residents.
• Monitor vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen levels regularly to track health changes.
• Support clients in community outings or activities that promote independence and social engagement while ensuring safety at all times.
