About Elder Care Homecare
Elder Care Homecare is a private pay home care agency proudly serving clients across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, with ambitious plans for continued expansion. We specialize in delivering exceptional, personalized care by providing nurses and home health aides to help clients in their homes, assisted living communities, and other care settings, enabling them to live safely, comfortably, and independently.
Everything we do is guided by a simple belief: Together, we elevate care to meet the moment and deliver peace of mind — for our clients, their families, and our team members.
As we continue to grow organically and through acquisitions, we are seeking a technology and operations leader who can help scale our systems, strengthen our vendor ecosystem, and ensure our technology infrastructure supports the next phase of growth.
Position Overview
Elder Care Homecare is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-focused Senior Manager, IT & Vendor Operations to lead the day-to-day management of our technology operations, vendor relationships, systems integrations, and IT support functions.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, vendor management, cybersecurity, and business transformation. The successful candidate will serve as the primary owner of our technology operations environment, ensuring our systems remain secure, efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs. This role is hybrid and requires an on-site presence 2 days per week in our Manhattan, Westchester or Nassau office (or a combination).
Reporting to executive leadership and partnering closely with external technology advisors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will oversee software renewals, SaaS optimization, IT support operations, cybersecurity readiness, acquisition integrations, and emerging technology initiatives including AI evaluation and adoption.
This role is intentionally designed to complement fractional CTO and cybersecurity advisory support. Strategic technology direction may be provided by external advisors, while this leader is responsible for execution, implementation, coordination, and operational excellence across all technology-related initiatives.
This is an ideal opportunity for a high-potential technology operator seeking to build toward a future VP-level technology leadership role within a rapidly growing organization.
