Highbar is Hiring a Regional Director!
The Regional Director is a key member of the leadership team, overseeing the operational and clinical success of clinics within their assigned region. This role includes responsibility for clinical and nonclinical staff recruitment, retention, onboarding, professional development, performance, clinical standards, patient and staff satisfaction, and the marketing and growth of the clinics in the region.

What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership and Operational Success: Drive clinic growth and evolution by aligning objectives and goals with the company’s strategic plan, providing direct patient care and clinic coverage as needed to ensure continuity and quality, and overseeing strategic initiatives with clear communication to foster understanding and adoption of changes.
Team Development and Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and develop Clinic Directors to strengthen leadership and management capabilities within the region, while overseeing staff recruitment, onboarding, retention, satisfaction, and performance to create a positive and productive work environment. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth through regular 1:1 meetings, team check-ins, and coaching and development opportunities.
Patient Experience and Community Engagement: Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure exceptional patient care by enhancing the patient lifecycle, improving experiences, and maintaining satisfaction standards, while building relationships with referral sources and community partners to drive patient growth and increase clinic visibility.
Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Regularly review clinic performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and ensure alignment with company objectives, while partnering with leadership to set and track regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Other duties may be assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a direct management role with proven success in people management.
- Must be Highbar Partner.
- Graduate of an accredited university with a Master or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.
- Must hold active Physical Therapy license in good standing.
