As a Talent Experience Specialist at Highbar, you’ll play a vital role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our mission. This position focuses on non-clinical hiring, ensuring we bring in team members who align with our values and contribute to a thriving workplace, while also supporting a variety of clinical strategic initiatives. You’ll source, screen, and coordinate the hiring process while helping candidates navigate their journey to joining Highbar.

What You'll Do:

  • Recruit & Engage – Proactively source and screen candidates for a variety of non-clinical roles, ensuring a smooth and engaging hiring experience for a variety of Highbar roles
  • Manage Hiring Process – Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS), coordinate interviews, and track candidate progress to ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Candidate Experience – Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, providing information about Highbar’s culture, benefits, and employment experience.
  • Support Hiring Managers – Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless interview and selection process.
  • Offer & Onboarding Coordination – Draft and extend offer letters, oversee pre-employment requirements, and coordinate start dates for new hires.
  • Talent Pipeline Building – Build and maintain relationships with talent pools to support future hiring needs.
  • Community Outreach – Represent Highbar at job fairs and networking events to strengthen employer branding and attract talent.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work with HR and marketing to refine recruiting strategies and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

What You Need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or related roles.
  • Passion for creating a positive candidate experience and supporting company growth.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Knowledge of best practices in hiring, employment trends, and recruiting strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
