About the role
The Senior RevOps Strategist is a senior member of Kicksaw’s Delivery team, reporting to a Delivery Manager. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary advisor for clients using our Admin on Demand offering, leading complex engagements from design to delivery. You’ll guide clients through business process improvements, architect scalable solutions, and ensure projects deliver measurable outcomes.
Beyond delivery, you’ll identify opportunities for expanded client value, contributing to account growth and long-term retention. With deep technical knowledge and consultative expertise, you’ll act as both a trusted advisor and hands-on leader.
This is a full-time role with a base salary range of $110,000–$125,000 USD. The position is 100% remote open to candidates based in the United States or Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery & Solutioning
- Act as solution architect, designing efficient, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to business goals.
- Translate complex client requirements into solution options, clearly outlining trade-offs.
- Confidently analyze the business impact of technical solutions.
- Implement advanced declarative automation, reporting, dashboards, and Salesforce data model enhancements.
- Provide accurate estimates of work effort and delivery timelines.
- Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across complex engagements.
- Recognize when declarative solutions are insufficient and engage Engineering; able to walk through technical logic at a detailed level.
- Read and make minor updates to simple-to-medium Apex code.
- Understand and account for technical debt and underlying Salesforce architecture.
Project & Relationship Leadership
- Serve as the primary contact for On Demand projects, accountable for scope, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Lead client conversations to gather requirements, validate designs, and influence roadmaps.
- Manage project scope and changes, resolving issues and conflicts proactively.
- Identify additional client opportunities during engagements and contribute to account expansion.
Business Process & Continuous Improvement
- Advise clients on streamlined workflows and operational best practices.
- Document and share solutions to improve team knowledge and delivery consistency.
- Stay current on Salesforce roadmap developments and apply insights to client solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- 7–10 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Salesforce certifications required: Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Business Analyst.
- Two additional Salesforce certifications required: Data Architect, Platform Developer I, or Sharing & Visibility Architect.
- Strong expertise with declarative automation, reporting, dashboards, and Salesforce data model.
- Ability to assess technical architecture, understand technical debt, and engage effectively with engineering teams.
- Able to walk through technical logic and update Apex at a simple-to-medium level.
- 4–7 years of project management and client-facing experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex technical topics.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- SaaS project management experience, including requirement gathering, project planning, and stakeholder alignment in cross-functional environments.
